Is Someone Paying for the Violence in Los Angeles?
Welcome to A Countryman’s View. In today’s post, we examine a serious and growing question: Is someone funding the chaos and riots unfolding in Los Angeles? While mainstream media may skirt around the topic, Christian voices like Sean Feucht and Amir Tsarfati are pointing to disturbing evidence that suggests paid protesters and organised unrest.
But first, a brief reflection on yesterday’s video: “Greta in Gaza – Activism or Agenda?” According to Amir Tsarfati, Greta and her fellow influencers were stopped by the IDF and returned to Israel for medical checks before being sent back to Europe. Despite Greta’s intentions, it’s interesting that Israel has ensured their wellbeing.
What Happened with Greta?
Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz shared:
Greta and her flotilla companions were taken into a room to view a horror film documenting the October 7th massacre. When they saw what it was about, they refused to continue watching.
This raises questions about selective outrage and ideological blindness. Amir noted:
The anti-Semitic flotilla members are turning a blind eye to the truth and prefer the murderers to the murdered. They continue to ignore the atrocities committed by Hamas against Jewish and Israeli women, adults, and children.
Riots in Los Angeles – Are They Funded?
Returning to today’s topic, “Is Someone Paying for the Violence in Los Angeles?” Sean Feucht posted a video saying:
Who is funding the destruction of American cities? This is what every journalist should be asking.
In that video, Sean exposes Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace ads that state:
Looking for extremely tough, brave men for a crew. Compensation: $6,500 to $12,500 per week. High-pressure, high-risk work. No room for hesitation. Individuals who do not break or panic.
This shocking call for “tough dudes” aligns with other posts Amir Tsarfati has shared, asking the same question — who is paying people $12,500 per week to riot?
On Twitter, someone posted:
Breaking: Do you know this man? He’s dropping off face masks, gas masks, and other riot gear in Los Angeles tonight. Let’s ID him — it’s the first step in finding out who’s funding the riots.
While we must be careful not to speculate without evidence, it’s hard to ignore the patterns — and it’s often pinned on the “far right,” while left-wing agitators go unchallenged. But amidst all of this, there’s a greater truth and hope in Jesus Christ.
What the Bible Says About Lawlessness
Jesus spoke of these things in Matthew 24:3–14:
You will hear of wars and rumours of wars… nation will rise against nation… famines, pestilences, and earthquakes… many will be offended… betray one another… lawlessness will abound, and the love of many will grow cold… but he who endures to the end shall be saved.
As Christians, we are told not to focus on the problems — but on the Problem-Solver. Jesus.
2 Corinthians 4:4–5
Whose minds the god of this age has blinded… lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ… should shine on them. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord.
There was a time I was blind to the truth. But when the Holy Spirit came to me, my eyes were opened. That’s what Jesus offers — spiritual sight and eternal life.
Daniel 12:4 — Knowledge Shall Increase
But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.
Just in the last few decades, we’ve seen explosive technological growth. The internet. Mobile phones. And now AI. This increasing knowledge aligns with biblical prophecy and is a sign of the times.
Matthew 24:36–37 — As in the Days of Noah
But of that day and hour no one knows… But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Noah built an ark for 120 years before the flood came. People mocked him. Then, suddenly, it happened. The same will be true of Christ’s return. Many won’t believe — until it’s too late.
The Way Out — Jesus Christ
Jesus died to set the captives free. He offers eternal life to anyone who repents and believes in Him. If you’re not a Christian, but you feel a tug in your heart, please consider praying this prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, I acknowledge You as Lord and Saviour of my life. I repent of all my sins and I ask You today to take over complete control of every aspect of my life. Amen.
If you said that prayer and meant it, then you can be born again and receive the Holy Spirit — with the promise of eternal life.
