On my thumbnail picture today, I have the title, “UN expert argues religious beliefs must change”! There are many things that I am very thankful about and one of them is the fact that the Bible has not changed in over 2000 years. It is the anointed Word of God; in Hebrews 13:8, it says that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever more. To me, that is security and the truth.
I understand that people who are not born-again or not Christians don’t understand how Christianity works. Before I was born again, I could not see the kingdom of God, I was blind, I just could not see it! However, once the spirit of God came to reside inside me, I really could see the kingdom of God, big time! I have never looked back!
Scripture used in this video.
Hebrews 13:8
8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Genesis 2:23 – 24
23 And Adam said:
“This is now bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called [i]Woman,
Because she was taken out of [j]Man.”
24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be[k] joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
Genesis 1:26 – 28
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over [g]all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that [h]moves on the earth.”
Romans 1: 26 – 27
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their [i]women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the [j]men, leaving the natural use of the [k]woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
