Today the title of my message is more madness! It’s probably not the best thing to have to talk about! On the thumbnail, I have a picture of a Greek sunset and a picture of some people demonstrating on the left. There is a big contrast between the two photographs.
Twitter Post
Let’s have a look at someone I follow on Twitter who talks a lot of sense. Here David has a tweet that reads, “trans-activists insist that Jesus was trans. Wonder would they say the same about Allah? I actually can’t look at the video for many seconds; thankfully, it’s not very long! I added a comment to David’s tweet, which reads.
“If they really knew Jesus, I can guarantee that they would not be behaving like that! He is the name above all names! The Lord’s prayer starts with “Our Father”! I don’t go by looks, but I have never met any Christians that behave like that!”
Sadly, it really is terrible behaviour! One part of me kind of wants to become angry, but the other part of me wants to pray for them! I pray that they will be able to see the truth; however, through all the mist and fog that they are seeing through, it will be difficult to see the truth. All they are wanting is their own desires.
Scripture Readings
Let’s come to the word and see what that says. 2 Timothy 3:1 – 4 reads.
“But know this, that in the last days [a]perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, [b]unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.”
We certainly don’t see much self-control in the video. We can say that people are going to be despisers of good, which goes totally against God’s word. We can see all the words above apply to what we are seeing on the video, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. It’s a very selfish way to behave and not good.
The next Scripture is John 1:14 which reads.
“14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
Note that we see in the Scripture, the word father who is full of grace and truth; that’s who we worship, Bible makes that very clear.
And now another Scripture from 1 Timothy 2:5 which reads.
“5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.”
Notice that the Scripture makes it very clear, it says the man, Christ Jesus! I don’t think it could be much clearer than that.
Now let’s move on to Philippians 2:7 which reads.
“7 but [c]made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.”
So once again, the Bible explains it clearly and it says that he came in the likeness of men!
More scriptures include John 10:30 and finally John 20:28.
